30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Please note: Made-to-order or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

1Contact Us
Email us at support@houseofzito.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2Receive Authorization
We'll review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
3Ship It Back
Securely package the item(s) with your RA number included and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Pro tip: To ensure you get your preferred item quickly, place your new order first, then initiate the return for the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original tags
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
